Toby is a toy that appears in Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash, and is the first toy met in the game. He is encountered in World 1, Oceania. He is a yellow airplane with red wings, tail, and propeller, and big eyes. He has an eight painted on his tail. He recognizes Chibi-Robo from TV, something he watches often enough to recite commercials from. Giving him all nine different snacks that he asks for will unlock the Toby outfit.
